Most Valued Partner Program

The 4 Pillars of the MVP Program

Our approach to supplier diversity is built on four pillars. These represent the values of our MVP Program.

With an increasingly competitive global market and the war for talent increasing, ask yourself the question: "Are you ready?"

Partnership

The MVP Program is built on partnership by and between Aerotek, the Preferred Partner Network and our Associate Vendor Program. Each member of the consortium works together to provide a single, seamless solution for your business.

The MVP Preferred Partner Network consists of a consortium of historically underutilized business partners and suppliers, which offer best in class staffing and complementary human capital management services. The MVP Preferred Partner Network includes companies that are minority, woman owned, small disadvantaged (8A), American and Alaskan native owned, service disabled veteran owned and HUB zone business. Each of the Preferred Partners provides a unique product or service and has a proven track record and experience to service our collective customers.

You can be assured that when working with an MVP Preferred Partner, that each member has the following:

  • A proven track record of capability and past performance
  • Case histories and customer testimonials
  • Financial stability
  • Proven management capability
  • Appropriate geographic coverage
  • Turnkey services that are aligned with your business needs

The strength of this consortium is in its members. This means that with the collective knowledge of each party, we are able to share best practices and provide mentoring opportunities to overcome every day business challenges.

On occasion, you may need services that are not provided by one of the preferred partners. When that happens, we route your request to our MVP Specialist, who will qualify exactly what your requirements are and work to find you an Associate Vendor.

E-Quality Toolset

In conjunction with one of our Preferred Partners, Aerotek has deployed software that streamlines our collective service offering. The E-Quality Toolset allows our members to self enroll, upload certifications as well as track opportunities and contracts. In the end, it allows us to provide you with access to critical supplier data and reporting when you need it!

Community

Additionally, the consortium members believe that a sense of community is important to our success. Regular meetings are held to explore opportunities with one another and discuss how to strategically align in order to support our customers. At our annual event, we discuss the results of our initiative as well as any refinements in our "go to market strategy." Additionally, since charity is an important component of each partner, we discuss how we can join efforts in our philanthropic endeavors.

Counsel

The second pillar of the Aerotek MVP Program is the Supplier Diversity Advisory Council (SDAC). The SDAC is a group that meets regularly to discuss the success of the MVP Program. This group also serves as the primary advisor to Aerotek surrounding the issues and challenges of building capacity within diversity suppliers. Additionally, members of the SDAC are often called upon to provide support, resources, guidance and mentoring to our Preferred Partners.

The Advisory Council represents:

  • Knowledge
  • Expertise
  • Commitment to Business Diversity
  • Counsel
  • Advocates
  • Clients
  • Suppliers
  • Community Leaders
  • Minority Leaders
  • Educators
  • Government
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Diversity
  • Supplier Development

Additionally all of the members of the SDAC have met the following criteria:

  • They are a person of influence.
  • They can use their expertise to strengthen and promote the program.
  • They have a track record of accomplishment and prestige.
  • Serving would not present a conflict of interest.

Additionally, our customers require a pipeline of qualified diversity partners and candidates. Vision

You know the world is changing. There is increased competition in the global marketplace for the best and brightest talent. Fundamentally, we are experiencing a demographic shift in the workforce. If you "get it" now, you will prosper in the years to come.

As the fourth pillar (VISION) of the Aerotek MVP Program, we see and believe that diversity recruitment should be a core strategy of our partners and customers. By focusing our vision at the top talent before they enter the workforce, we can help you win the war for talent. Additionally, by having the ability to cross multiple cultures, skill sets, institutions and knowledge bases, we can create endless possibilities and combinations for the advancement of your business.
